Classifies as a Histosol (except Folist) or as a Histel (except Folistel).
User Notes: In a Histosol, organic soil material is typically 40 cm (16 inches) or more of the upper 80 cm (32 inches) (fig. 8). Organic soil materials have organic carbon content (by weight) of 12 percent or more.
